MPEG2 Works 4 Advanced je aplikacija autora Toše SERBIAN i ona je konverter video fajlova koji od MPEG2/MPEG1 fajlova po DVD/SVCD/VCD standardu može exportovati u MPEG1/MPEG2/VRO/VOB/TiVo/Hitachi VOB i VRO u QuickTime format ili neki drugi koji odaberete. Takođe postoji mnoštvo alata za razne vrste manipulacija MPEG fajlova i konverzija između MPEG2/MPEG1 PAL/NTSC video fajlova.
